- Course fee sponsorship is available as you train to become a qualified educator through the programme

Career Conversion Programme
Mid-career professionals looking to pivot into the early childhood sector may apply for the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) by Workforce Singapore. Through the CCP, you can look forward to:
- Industry-recognised training which will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to work as a certified Infant & Early Years Educator, Preschool Educator, or Early Intervention Educator
- Full course sponsorship and a monthly work salary, provided by your employer
How it works:
- Apply for the CCP
- Get matched with a participating preschool by the training provider
- Interview with your matched preschool
- Secure employment as a trainee teacher and begin your sponsored training
