Foreign Early Childhood Educators who are not eligible for Singpass can approach their Centre Supervisor to submit a request to ECDA for a ONE@ECDA Account (non-Singpass) via the forms under More Resources. Centres can check the eligibility through the Singpass website or through this guide.
